In all internals areas there are fan coil units that function for both heating and cooling use.

For the wastewater collection biological treatment unit operates underneath the ground in the garden near the outdoor pool.

The waste water after elaboration is driven in absorbent cesspit.

Watering the garden lawn by a sprinkler system which can be programmed.

 

ROOM EQUIPMENT

All rooms are fully furnished and include sleep systems (bed, mattress, upper mattress, sheets, pillows) of COCOMAT company. Towels are also from the same company. All rooms have mini bars refrigerators (Dometic). Fifteen rooms have fireplaces with glass door.

Eight rooms have whirlpool bathtubs with hydro massage system. All rooms have 32’ LCD TV (TOSHIBA) while the suites have two units of the above formula.

Our kitchen has complete professional equipment consisting of:
