FILOTI VILLAGE HOUSE

This is a house in the village of Filoti in Naxos which has been built in three time periods. A part of it was built before 1900, a second part in 1936 and the upper floor in 2006, when the rest of the house was also renovated. The floor has a view of the Tragaia olive grove. It has an air conditioner on the first floor and one on the ground floor. The floor consists of a single kitchen, dining room and living room with a fireplace and built-in bed. On the floor there is also a bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor there is an inner courtyard, from where there is access to the old hall, bathroom with shower, bedroom and kitchen. One bedroom on the ground floor can be converted into a kitchen. Ground floor and first floor are connected by an external staircase. Access to the basement, which consists of two rooms, is via an internal staircase (glavan) from the hall and externally from the street. There is also a waiting radiator installation. There is a public parking lot thirty meters from the house.
